A Message from EPCRG about this Email.

This email contains the County, State, Judicial Delegate distribution. For whatever reason the party tacked it on the bottom of the email as a screenshot without any explanation. It’s hard to read, and quite frankly a little cryptic. Anyway, if you read through it, you can divine how the party apportioned the delegates across the precincts. Something to note: Precincts 99, 123, 207, 215, 216, 222, 225, 228, 229, 248, 249, 250, 636, 639, 645, 646, 720, 724 are all either new this year, or have been divided to allow for the addition of a new precinct. You can see the new precincts on our map application. Just enter the precinct number that you are interested in and the map will draw it for you.

Dear Executive Committee,

Hello…

I would like to take a moment to formally thank Laurie Clark for stepping up and volunteering her time and expertise to help us lower our monthly lease payment. As you may or may not know, when the former chair left, the lease payment, including utilities, was at $1,800.00 per month. Donations from donors should be spent on major projects, get out the vote, and candidate support––not our monthly overhead.

To optimize our donations from generous donors, I have spent a significant amount of time looking over our current expenses to see where we can cut costs. Our vice-chair contacted Laurie Clark, who is a real estate expert, and she devoted volunteer hours in helping to negotiate our current lease from $1,800 per month to $1,000 per month. Laurie then took negotiations one step further, and we are now on a month-to-month agreement, which gives us the flexibility we desire. Thank you, Laurie. We truly appreciate your time and talent!

This one act will save a total of $9,600 per year and begins this month. The savings can now be used for more important items such as Caucus and Assembly. I will share more of the cost-saving measures that have been made over the past few months when we meet on Thursday, November 14, 2019.

These are exciting times!

Sincerely,
Vickie Tonkins
Chair, El Paso County Republican Party
